  • Enter your confirmation number and click “Find Booking” to view your trip details.
  • The cancellation policy specific to your booking will be displayed within your reservation information. This will detail any cancellation fees or penalties associated with canceling at your chosen time.

General Cancellation Periods:

  • Individual Bookings:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure: A full refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees or charges incurred during the booking process (e.g., service fees).
    • Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to departure: A refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees or charges.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: No refund will be provided.
  • Group Bookings (10 or more travelers):
    • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure: A full refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees or charges.
    • Cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to departure: A refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees or charges.
    • Cancellations made within 29 days of departure: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved. Romu.Travel will make every effort to expedite the process.

Non-Refundable Deposits and Fees:

  • Certain bookings, especially those involving airline tickets, cruise reservations, or special events, may require non-refundable deposits or fees and are subject to the respective service provider’s terms and conditions.

Partial Cancellations:

  • For bookings with multiple components (e.g., flights, accommodations, activities), cancellations of individual components may result in partial refunds according to the cancellation policy of each specific service provider.

No Shows:

  • In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

Changes and Modifications:

  • Changes to travel dates, itineraries, or other booking details may be subject to availability and additional fees. Any changes requested must be made in writing and approved by Romu.Travel.

Travel Insurance:

  • Romu.Travel strongly recommends that all travelers secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may lead to cancellations or disruptions.

  • All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email or through Romu.Travel’s official communication channels. Verbal cancellations will not be considered valid.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events, Romu.Travel or the travel provider reserves the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements. In such cases, our team will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or issue applicable refunds.
